DESCRIPTION:Proclamation Day commemorates the establishment of government in South Australia in 1836. It marks the reading of the proclamation at Glenelg and the founding of the colony. \nObserved only in SA\, it’s a day of historical reflection and pride in the state’s unique heritage. \nhsy autoparts would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the land on which we live and work. We pay respects to Elders past\, present and emerging\, and recognise their connection to the land. We pay our respect to Elders past\, present and emerging.
